Key Responsibilities
This role involves providing internal support to our Employee Benefits Account Managers, Account Executives, and Producers for clients' open enrollment needs. Key tasks include:
  • Assisting account managers with pre-renewal processes.
  • Creating client open enrollment guides as requested by Account Executives.
  • Refining open enrollment materials to ensure all annual notices are included for compliance purposes.
  • Preparing materials for delivery to client open enrollment meetings.
  • Attending and leading client open enrollment meetings (virtually and in-person).
Requirements
We're seeking a candidate with at least one year of office experience, preferably in employee benefits insurance. An associate's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred. A health and life insurance license is required, along with proficiency in management operating systems that support insurance sales, tracking, and service. Bilingual candidates are also welcome.

Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$75,000 based on experience. We offer competitive pay to attract top talent and support the growth and advancement opportunities within our company.
