Project Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to join our team at McShane Construction Company. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and coordinate construction plans, specifications, and schedules to ensure project timelines are met.
- Oversee and manage the construction site, including trailer, signage, material staging, and temporary utility access.
- Implement and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to OSHA standards and company safety protocols.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
- Conduct regular project inspections to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements.
- Monitor and report on project labor productivity, material quantities, and budget deviations.
- Coordinate and implement quality assurance programs to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management, with a strong track record of project delivery.
- Knowledge of construction technology, equipment, and methods.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
- Proficiency in construction management software, including Procore, Timberline, and Bluebeam.
