Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate service to Guests, managing wait times and communicating information as needed.
  • Assist Guests with all requests, answer questions, and make recommendations on items.
  • Provide game assistance by promptly notifying Support Technicians or Management as needed.
  • Ensure a positive and welcoming atmosphere for Guests, greeting them with a smile and enthusiasm.
  • Responsible for stocking, displaying, and securing merchandise in all storage areas.
  • Conduct merchandise inventory during and after shift, if applicable.
  • Check for restocking of necessary supplies and bring all areas up to standard.
  • Review the cleanliness and organization of the Winner's Circle, ensuring all plush and shelves are stocked, properly cleaned, and maintained.
  • Assist other Team Members as needed.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with distracting conditions.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
  • Ability to move about facility and stand for long periods of time.
What We Offer

Competitive hourly rate of $12-$13.5 per hour.
