Quality Control and Process Improvement Lead

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our operational training and change management initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive testing plans, designing and delivering dynamic training programs, and spearheading change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during technology transformation, process improvements, and organizational changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive testing plan to ensure quality goes live through the phases of the project.
- Design and implement a dynamic training program tailored to the needs of our optical lab network, focusing on both technical skills and soft skills enhancement.
- Spearhead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during technology transformation, process improvements, and organizational changes.
- Manage a team of up to 15 contractors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing and training initiatives with our strategic objectives.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of testing, training, and change management activities.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and efficiency in processes and practices.
- Liaise with senior management to report on progress, challenges, and the impact of initiatives on operations and quality.
- Manage budget and resources for testing, training, and change management projects, ensuring optimal use of resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in testing, training, and change management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role overseeing these functions.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas, influence others, and adapt communication style to different audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to inform decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications related to project management (PMP), change management (Prosci ADKAR, CCMP), or Agile methodologies (CSM, SAFe) are highly desirable.
- Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, master's in organizational development) are a plus.
