Job Summary

As a Business Development Manager at Bergen Wholesalers LLC, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands our customer base and ensures our strong presence in the market. You will research new markets to expand our business, build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships, and own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives. You will also present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management. Additionally, you will identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. Your goal will be to achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

Requirements

* High school diploma (or its foreign equivalent); 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager and/or Customer Service Manager, demonstrating success in assigning sales tasks, training sales teams, and streamlining customer service processes;
* Outstanding analytical, problemsolving, and organizational abilities, essential for creating robust business strategies, exploring new markets, and driving company success;
* Proficiency in MS Office.
