Job Title: Registered Dietitian

At Innovative Renal Care, we are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team. As a Registered Dietitian, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients with End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify nutritional needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Create and implement nutritional plans to support patients' health and well-being.
  • Provide ongoing nutritional support and education to patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
  • Registered by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Commission on Dietetic Registry.
  • Current state licensure (if required by the state).
  • Minimum of one (1) year professional work experience in clinical nutrition as a Registered Dietitian.
  • Previous experience in nutrition associated with ESRD patients preferred.
