**Requirements:**

* Registered by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Commission on Dietetic Registration
* Current state licensure (if required by the state)
* Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements
* Minimum of one (1) year professional work experience in clinical nutrition as a registered dietitian
* Previous experience in nutrition associated with an ESRD patient preferred
