Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at Innovative Renal Care. As a Registered Dietitian, you will play a critical role in providing nutritional support to our patients with End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).

Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient assessments to identify nutritional needs and develop personalized nutrition plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients.
  • Provide ongoing nutritional education and support to patients and their families.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in clinical nutrition.
Requirements
  • Registered by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Commission on Dietetic Registry.
  • Current state licensure (if required by the state).
  • Minimum of one (1) year professional work experience in clinical nutrition as a registered dietitian.
  • Previous experience in nutrition associated with an ESRD patient preferred.
