Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at Innovative Renal Care. As a Dialysis Dietitian, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and support to individuals with end-stage renal disease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify nutritional needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and support
  • Provide ongoing nutritional education and support to patients and their families
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical research and best practices in dialysis patient care
Requirements
  • Registered by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Commission on Dietetic Registry
  • Current state licensure (if required by the state)
  • Minimum of one (1) year professional work experience in clinical nutrition as a registered dietitian
  • Previous experience in nutrition associated with an ESRD patient preferred
