We are seeking a board-certified/board-eligible orthopedic surgeon to join our team. Our non-private-equity practice is the leading provider for orthopedic care in Southern Virginia, and we are currently looking for a sports focused provider to meet the needs of a growing patient panel.

About the Opportunity
  • Enjoy a guaranteed base salary of $450,000 plus production, with earning potential easily exceeding $800,000 per year.
  • Participate in a 2-year track to partnership with a group of collegial providers.
  • Benefit from blocked OR time and ownership opportunity at our nearby surgical center.

Schedule Details:

  • Split your time between clinic work and surgery, with three days of clinic and two days of surgery.
  • Prioritize patient care with premium-paid 1:6 general ortho call.
