Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to manage the daily execution of Human Resources initiatives, programs, and strategies (including communication, onboarding, assimilation, and talent management) within your designated area.
  • Work in conjunction with the HR Business Partner on strategic HR projects that may encompass Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Diversity, Compliance, Onboarding, and Recruitment.
  • Proactively address employee concerns and lead any necessary investigations.
  • Partner with leaders and HR colleagues to ensure a smooth onboarding process for all new employees.
  • Manage all unemployment claims, FMLA, and Leave of Absences accurately and promptly.
  • Oversee and process all worker's compensation claims in a timely manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Stay informed about Federal, State, and local regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Three to five years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the healthcare sector.
  • Familiarity with UKG systems.
