Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to manage the daily execution of Human Resources initiatives, programs, and strategies (communication, onboarding, assimilation, talent management) within your designated area.
  • Work in partnership with HR Business Partners on strategic HR projects, which may encompass Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Diversity, Compliance, Onboarding, and Recruitment.
  • Proactively address employee inquiries and lead any necessary investigations.
  • Coordinate with leaders and HR colleagues to ensure a smooth onboarding process for all new hires.
  • Handle all unemployment claims, FMLA, and Leave of Absences accurately and promptly.
  • Manage and maintain all workers' compensation claims in a timely manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Stay informed about Federal, State, and local regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with sensitive information.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Three to five years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the healthcare sector.
  • Familiarity with UKG software.
