- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Considerable knowledge of public assistance laws, codes, policies, and procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working with diverse populations and communities.
- Master's degree in a related field.
