Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Foreman to join our team at Guardian Fueling Technologies. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the installation of fuel handling equipment, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate construction teams to install fuel handling equipment
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies and regulations
  • Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies
  • Monitor and maintain schedules for crew and subcontractors
  • Document daily activities, material usage, testing, and inspections
  • Procure equipment and supplies needed to minimize costs
  • Ensure a safe working environment and maintain a strong work ethic
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associates Degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Construction Foreman in the petroleum industry
  • Valid Driver's License and good driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Work Environment

This role operates in a warehouse, office, or outdoor environment (construction site). The successful candidate should be able to lift 25 pounds, move across the construction site without stopping, and stand on a job site for an extended period if needed.

Travel

Minimal local travel is expected for this position. Must obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card.
