Job Title: Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at Ansco & Associates, LLC. As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and coordinate the work of construction teams, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring that they are within budget and that any variances are reported and addressed promptly.
  • Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and budgets, working closely with project managers and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards, ensuring that the health and safety of employees and the public are protected.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in construction or a related field, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and other technical documents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials, with or without assistance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent travel and overtime required.
