Dexian is seeking a highly skilled Asset Management Specialist to join our team. As an Asset Management Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accountability of assets in stockrooms, ensuring ITAM record accuracy, and supervising the decommissioning of retired assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that all assets are properly accounted for.
  • Supervise the receipt and update of new inventory in ITAM.
  • Conduct periodic security audits in conjunction with Physical Security.
  • Ensure the overall organization and cleanliness of the stockroom.
  • Perform daily and long-term operational and strategic management of hardware and software.
  • Asset Discovery and tracking.
  • Provide reporting on important metrics.
  • Manage the asset lifecycle, including tracking IT assets usage, monitoring hardware and software utilization, and ensuring compliance with vendor contracts.
  • Participate in various projects and offer support as needed.
  • Manage inventory of CIs and assets, ensuring accurate recording of modifications, withdrawals, and additions.
  • Manage the lifecycle of hardware and software models in ITAM/CMDB.
  • Supervise and manage activities concerning compliance audits.
  • Ensure process efficiency and suggest improvements to the process.
  • Participate in other IT asset management processes.
