Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Subcontract Manager to join our team at Tesla. As a key member of our Service Subcontract Management team, you will play a critical role in supporting the maintenance and repair of deployed assets in North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple cases simultaneously for assigned regions, prioritizing daily work tasks and multitasking to ensure efficient resolution.
  • Follow case management processes, uploading documents, case notes, and flow status updates to ensure seamless communication.
  • Find qualified contractors and oversee the onboarding process from start to finish, establishing long-lasting working relationships with External Partners.
  • Review subcontractor deliverables and verify successful completion, requesting quotes and creating Purchase Requests as needed.
  • Provide progress updates on assigned cases to multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of project management or relatable experience in Infrastructure Maintenance, Energy, and/or Sub-Contracting.
  • Problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and proactivity in resolving complex issues.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with complex and demanding deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working across and successfully influencing multiple internal stakeholders.
