Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop care plans; perform physical examinations and evaluations
  • Provide pre-operative and post-operative care; manage medication orders, including controlled substances
  • Communicate effectively with supervising physicians regarding any significant patient events
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of clinical support staff
  • Document patient progress and treatment procedures accurately

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in nursing or a Bachelor's degree with an accredited physician assistant program certification
  • Current, unrestricted nursing license in the state of practice
  • Possession of state and federal Controlled Substance Registration
  • Minimum of one year of relevant clinical experience within the last three years
