Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Operations Supervisor to oversee our overnight maintenance shift, ensuring the smooth operation of our plant. This role requires strong leadership and technical skills to manage a team of maintenance personnel and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of maintenance personnel to ensure the effective operation of plant equipment and systems.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and report on maintenance activities, including work orders and PMs.
  • Assist with the installation of new equipment and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements
  • Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in maintenance and supervisory roles.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work overtime and weekends as required.
