Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize hand tools and mechanical equipment to assemble, wire, and install components and assemblies.
  • Verify the correct quantities of components and quality-check completed items to ensure high-quality products.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards.
  • Work effectively in a production environment, adapting to changing production needs and shifts.
  • Develop a strong understanding of hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools to perform tasks efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the shift supervisor and colleagues to achieve production goals and improve departmental operations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail essential for accurate assembly and quality control.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and hearing protection are mandatory for workplace safety.
