About the Team:

The Campaigns and Attribution team focuses on setting up call treatment routes and enriching call data within Invoca's ecosystem. Our feature set enables customers to accurately link webpage visits with calls from call centers and brick-and-mortar locations.

Your Role:

  • You will write high-quality code that meets our rigorous standards.
  • You will operate independently on complex tasks, taking ownership of your projects.
  • You will become a technical expert in an area or feature set, driving innovation and improvements.
  • You will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely completion and excellence.
  • You will identify areas for future growth and suggest new ideas, backing them up with evidence.
  • You will proactively mitigate risks throughout the development cycle.
  • You will keep leaders informed of progress, blockers, and potential surprises.
  • You will diagnose issues and find root causes for any service area owned by the team.
  • You will communicate production issues effectively, creating actionable tickets and resolving problems quickly.
  • You will use logic and reason to build cases for new ideas, supported by qualitative and quantitative evidence.

Requirements:

  • You must have at least 5 years of professional software development experience.
  • You should be familiar with some of our primary technologies: Ruby on Rails, MySQL/PostgreSQL, HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
  • You should have experience with queueing systems like Kafka/RabbitMQ and NoSQL data stores (we use Redis).
  • You should possess proficiency in removing roadblocks for complex tasks.
  • You should have in-depth knowledge in one or more areas or feature sets.
  • You should be aware of industry best practices and trends.
  • You should be competent in several skills apart from coding, such as monitoring, performance optimization, integration testing, security, visual design, and more.
  • You should have recognition as a very capable engineer.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer competitive compensation packages, starting at $127,000 per year, plus bonus potential. Our comprehensive benefits include:
