About the Team

Campaigns and Attribution team sets up call treatment to route calls to the desired locations and collects and enriches call data flowing through Invoca's eco-system. With our feature set, our customers are able to accurately link webpage visits with calls they receive via call centers and brick-and-mortar locations.

Your Role
  • You will write high-quality code that meets our standards.
  • Operate independently on complex tasks, taking ownership and responsibility.
  • Become a technical expert in an area or feature set, providing guidance and support to your colleagues.
  • Have end-to-end responsibility for projects of increasing complexity.
  • Identify areas of future work and suggest improvements, backing up suggestions with evidence.
  • Monitor and mitigate risk throughout the development cycle, from ideation to delivery.
  • Keep leaders informed on progress, blockers, and potential surprises.
  • Diagnose and resolve problems for any service area owned by the team.
  • Communicate effectively on production issues and create actionable tickets without prompting.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Experience with Ruby on Rails, MySQL/PostgreSQL, and HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with queueing systems like Kafka/RabbitMQ.
  • Familiarity with NoSQL data stores such as Redis.
  • Ability to remove roadblocks for complex tasks.
  • In-depth knowledge in one or more areas or features sets.
  • Awareness of industry best practices and trends.
  • Competence in several skills apart from pure coding, such as monitoring, performance optimization, integration testing, security, visual design, and more.
  • Recognition as a very capable engineer.
Benefits and Salary

We offer a competitive salary range of $127,000.00 - $165,000.00, plus bonus potential, as well as comprehensive benefits. These include paid time off, healthcare, retirement plans, stock options, employee assistance programs, paid family leave, paid medical leave, sabbatical, and wellness subsidies.

This role is remote and open to candidates located in the United States and Canada. Please note that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.
