About the RoleWe are seeking passionate and talented Applied Scientists with a strong machine learning background to help build industry-leading Conversational AI Systems. As part of our AI team, you will work alongside internationally recognized experts to develop novel algorithms and modeling techniques.
Your work will directly impact millions of our customers through products and services that leverage language technology. You will gain hands-on experience with Amazon's heterogeneous text, structured data sources, and large-scale computing resources.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement novel algorithms for NLU, Dialog Management, and Conversational AI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate language models into our products and services
- Develop and maintain high-quality software using Java, C++, or Python
- 3+ years of experience building models for business applications
- PhD or Master's degree in CS, CE, ML, or related field
- Experience with patents or publications at top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals
- Programming skills in Java, C++, Python, or related languages
- Experience with Unix/Linux
- Professional software development experience
We offer a competitive salary, equity, sign-on payments, and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits. Our base pay for this position ranges from $136,000/year to $222,200/year based on market location. Please visit our website for more information about our compensation package.
