Job Title: Senior Technical Recruiter

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team at Unreal Gigs. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process for technical roles, building strong relationships with candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure hiring success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Talent Sourcing: Identify and source high-caliber technical candidates for roles such as software engineers, data scientists, DevOps engineers, and IT specialists.
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting Leadership: Own the entire recruitment process from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and nurture a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates for current and future technical roles.
  • Employer Branding and Networking: Act as a key ambassador for the company's employer brand, showcasing the culture, mission, and opportunities that make Unreal Gigs stand out.
  • Mentorship and Leadership: Mentor junior recruiters and hiring teams, sharing best practices and strategies for finding and attracting top talent.
  • Data-Driven Recruitment: Use recruiting metrics and analytics to track performance, identify bottlenecks, and improve time-to-hire and quality-of-hire.
  • Candidate Experience Champion: Ensure that every candidate has a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
  • Technical Recruiting Mastery: Deep understanding of the technical landscape, including software development, cloud computing, DevOps, data science, and IT.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Expertise in sourcing and engaging passive and active candidates across multiple platforms.
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting Expertise: Proven experience leading full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers, and managing candidate pipelines.
  • Communication and Relationship Building: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with candidates and collaborate effectively with hiring managers.
  • Data-Driven Recruiting: Ability to track and analyze recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
  • Mentorship and Leadership: Experience mentoring junior recruiters and hiring teams.
