Baseball Ambassador Job Description

At Dick's Sporting Goods, we're passionate about empowering athletes to achieve their goals. As a Baseball Ambassador, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our Baseball Department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong relationships with baseball players of all experience levels, providing personalized product recommendations and exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest baseball trends, products, and technologies to inform your recommendations and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with store teammates to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive sales growth.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of baseball-related products and technologies to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Participate in Diamond Sports Universities to stay ahead of the curve on new products and technologies.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and upholding the highest standards of customer service.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of retail or team sports experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of baseball and its related products and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
