Your Responsibilities:
- Implement one-on-one direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques in a private educational setting
- Accurately collect ongoing data related to client programs
- Assist in developing communication systems (AAC, PECS, ASL) for non-verbal and emerging-verbal clients, and teach communication skills
- Collaborate with the clinical team to customize ABA treatment plans, ensuring they meet the specific needs of each individual
- Maintain clear communication with all team members and clients' families
- Provide behavioral support and address challenging behaviors as needed
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
Qualifications:
- Active CBT certification
- High School Diploma
- Experience working with children (personal or professional)
- Valid WA State Driver's License
- Insured and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with clients
- Availability to work Monday through Friday during school hours
