Your Responsibilities:
  • Implement one-on-one direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques in a private educational setting
  • Accurately collect ongoing data related to client programs
  • Assist in developing communication systems (AAC, PECS, ASL) for non-verbal and emerging-verbal clients, and teach communication skills
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to customize ABA treatment plans, ensuring they meet the specific needs of each individual
  • Maintain clear communication with all team members and clients' families
  • Provide behavioral support and address challenging behaviors as needed
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions

Qualifications:
  • Active CBT certification
  • High School Diploma
  • Experience working with children (personal or professional)
  • Valid WA State Driver's License
  • Insured and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with clients
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday during school hours
