Job Summary

THIRA Health is seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Technician to join our team in Bellevue, WA. As a key member of our treatment team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and assist licensed mental health professionals in creating and maintaining a safe and therapeutic milieu environment
  • Observe and report changes in patient behavior, physical symptoms, and mental health status to the clinical team
  • Provide one-to-one supervision and support to patients requiring increased observation
  • Participate in milieu activities and reinforce effective interactions
  • Model and encourage patients to engage in healthy behaviors and practices
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
  • Valid WA Driver's License and clean driving record preferred
