Mass General Brigham is seeking an experienced Critical Care Nurse to join their team in Hadley, Massachusetts.

About the Role

This full-time position involves delivering high-quality patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for coordinating all nursing care for patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards and collaborating with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing various medical procedures as needed.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring timely documentation and communication with healthcare teams.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet individual patient needs.
  • Participating in emergency response situations, such as cardiac arrests and code blues, utilizing skills and knowledge to provide life-saving interventions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution required; BSN preferred.
  • Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse (RN) required.
  • BLS certification required; ACLS certification within 6 months of employment or transfer into position.
  • At least 2 years of experience in critical care nursing, preferably in telemetry or ICU settings.
  • Demonstrated excellent technical, interpersonal, organizational, oral, and written communication skills required.
Compensation and Benefits
