Job Overview

Wapiti Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team. As a critical care specialist, you will play a vital role in evaluating and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions.

Job Description

We are looking for a board-certified physician to perform General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury exams on a PRN basis. The ideal candidate must be proficient in METs testing, evaluating, and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions.

The selected physician will work in a VES facility, located within 50 miles of Amherst, MA. The position requires the ability to commit to one day per week. Training will be provided for all Reporting/Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs), and evaluations must be completed in VES's provider portal.

Requirements
  • Board certification in Neurology, Neurosurgery, or PM&R
  • Ability to commit to one day per week
  • Familiarity with Musculoskeletal, Diabetes, and Cardiovascular conditions
  • Proficient in METs testing and evaluation
  • Active and unrestricted full license
  • Own a laptop (Windows-based)
Benefits

This opportunity offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, DMA certification is available, which can lead to CME credits.

Additional Information
