Cooley Dickinson Health Care, part of the Mass General Brigham system, is seeking an experienced Operating Room Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in Hadley, Massachusetts.

About the Job

The successful candidate will work as a Registered Nurse (RN) in our OR department, delivering exceptional pre- and post-operative care to patients and their families. As an integral member of our Nursing Team, you will be focused on patient advocacy and delivering the highest quality of care to all patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver patient-centered care through assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes.
  • Provide expert nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Graduate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • BLS certification and EPIC knowledge preferred.
  • Previous experience in inpatient surgical nursing, with strong technical, interpersonal, organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and self-motivation with the ability to think critically in fast-paced environments.
