Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the department, including data collection, record-keeping, and report preparation.
- Coordinate and ensure the timely completion of tasks delegated by direct supervisor and senior management.
- Assist with maintaining and submitting department expenses, monitoring expenses to ensure the department operates within allocated funds.
- Support the documentation and submission of program billing.
- Maintain excellent customer relations by meeting the needs of clients, staff, vendors, and the public on non-clinical issues.
- Provide support to direct supervisor, senior management, and staff for assigned projects and tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; secretarial courses or one year of work experience preferred.
- Ability to read, write, speak English, compose letters, and operate computer software and equipment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients, staff, and external contacts.
- Ability to work in a sedentary environment with occasional standing, bending, and walking.
