Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing a voice communications infrastructure and strategy to meet current and future customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Infrastructure Planning and Implementation: Develop and implement a voice communications infrastructure and strategy to meet current and future customer needs, ensuring compliance with DoD government standards, practices, and regulations.
  • System Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor system performance, identify and resolve issues to ensure system reliability and availability.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Stay current with best practices and emerging technologies to make recommendations on process and system improvements and future enhancements.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and motivation to a high-performing team.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaboration and Integration: Collaborate with other IT departments to ensure seamless integration of voice systems with other IT systems, ensuring reliability and availability to end users.
Requirements
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience managing voice communication operations in a cleared government environment.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Subject Matter Expert on voice communication systems.
  • Leadership and Communication: Proven ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team, with strong oral and written communications and the ability to influence leadership and stakeholders.
  • Certifications: Security Plus certification and an active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
