Your primary focus will be on consulting with districts on their financial and operational goals, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and maximization of revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing consultation to each assigned district on all aspects of the Medicaid to Schools Program and MSB's services and supports.
  • Continually assess the financial and documentation success of each individual client to ensure we fulfill Our Purpose.
  • Drive maximization efforts for all assigned clients through consultation with district administration.
  • Provide client consultations and ensure all activities related to the annual Cost Report are completed.
  • Provide initial implementation consultation and track progress of implementation.
  • Provide initial and ongoing consultation of MSB's program, X Logs.
  • Provide training and workshops on MSB's program, X Logs.
  • Provide ongoing consultation and intervention to ensure provider participation for paper documentation and electronic imports.
  • Monitor provider participation of documentation and utilization in MSB's program, X Logs.
  • Ensure districts bill in each service category allowed on an annual basis.
  • Manage and audit quarterly Participant Lists for Random Moment Time Study (RMTS).
  • Participate in weekly, divisional, team meetings.
  • Assist with Student Audit preparation and responsibilities.
  • Serve as a liaison between the client and other teams within MSB.
  • Effectively manage the essential relationships for each assigned district, and ensure client retention. Relationships include, but not limited to, Superintendent of Schools, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Business Manager, Special Education Director, Coordinator, Clerk/Secretary, Team Leads, and other stakeholders through consultation.
  • Work closely with Sales Consultants to provide a fluid client transition from sales to implementation (i.e. attend on-site "hand-off" meeting)
  • Investigate and resolve client challenges through effective cross team interaction and a deep understanding of the clients' needs and how that fits into the business strategy.

  • Proficient with computers and technology (Preferred; Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT, Google Suite Applications, Smartsheets, etc).

  • Positive work attitude and mindset; professional and interpersonal reflection, communication of celebrations and needs.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills – territory management.
  • Ability to forge strong client relationships through exceptional customer service and continually investing in the clients.

  • Ability to travel by car (80%); valid driver's license.

Education

Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year accredited college or university.
