Key Responsibilities- Lead Credit Program Development: Develop and implement credit programs that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with sales, credit, funding, and other operational departments to improve program offerings and drive business results.
- Manage a Team of Program and Market Research Managers: Oversee a team of experienced professionals responsible for developing and executing credit program strategies.
- Drive Strategic Credit Program Agenda: Partner with senior-level executives to drive the strategic credit program agenda of the company.
- Plan and Oversee Credit Program Excellence: Develop and execute plans to ensure credit program excellence aligns with company goals.
- Develop and Execute Program Strategy: Head the development and execution of a detailed program strategy that drives business results.
- Drive Initiatives and Foster Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives and foster continuous improvements of existing programs by leveraging data-driven insights and utilizing best practices to optimize program performance.
- 10+ Years of Experience in Credit Program Development and Management: Proven experience in developing and managing credit programs, including credit rule creation and implementation using advanced analytic models and technologies.
- 5+ Years of Experience in Managing Teams: Proven experience in managing teams, including program and market research managers.
- Expert Ability to Understand and Interpret Advanced Analytics: Expert ability to understand and interpret advanced analytics, ML models, and technology usage for program management.
- Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills, with experience presenting to senior management.
- Experience in Auto Finance and Strong Leadership Skills: Experience in auto finance and strong leadership skills, including project management.
