Job Title: Sr. Encompass Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Encompass Developer to join our team at LendSure Mortgage Corp. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, customizing, and optimizing our loan origination system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with internal departments and external system vendors to ensure functional integrations between systems.
  • Maintain business rules for data entry, workflow progression, and regulatory compliance.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues for the LOS.
  • Create technical release notes and deployment guides.
  • Document all changes to the LOS.
  • Provide regular project updates and maintain relationships with management.
  • Identify ways to assist management in product and/or business planning and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Five years Encompass experience.
  • Five years residential mortgage lending experience.
  • Strong understanding of the mortgage lending business, including sales and operations roles, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify problems/issues, develop and evaluate options to implement solutions.

Physical and Environmental Requirements:

  • Work is primarily sedentary; mobility in an office setting.
  • Frequent use of computer keyboard and mouse.
  • Ability to accurately interpret sounds and associated meanings at a volume consistent with interpersonal conversation.
  • Office environment with no substantial exposure to adverse environmental conditions.
