Job Overview

Hellings Builders, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all administrative activities and maintain a organized and efficient office environment.
  • Receive and distribute incoming mail, deliveries, and packages.
  • Manage vendor files, certificates of insurance, and inventory of office supplies.
  • Assist with estimates, entering leads into SalesNow, and maintaining Sales Binders for staff.
  • Collect and sort mail, and code accordingly.
  • Subcontractor contracts, creating through DocuSign, for all four companies.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' experience as an executive level assistant.
  • Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office applications and Sage.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting functions.
  • Strong compliance mentality and attention to detail.

Compensation:

Hourly based on experience.
