Role Responsibilities:
The Rehabilitation Specialist will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and executing medically prescribed treatment programs aimed at restoring functionality, alleviating pain, and preventing disabilities resulting from illness or injury. This role requires a high level of independent judgment and discretion to ensure the delivery of top-quality therapeutic care.

Key Duties:
1. Conduct thorough patient evaluations and re-evaluations.
2. Develop and adjust treatment plans based on patient needs and responses.
3. Implement treatment interventions for both outpatient and inpatient populations as directed.
4. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in medical records.
5. Collaborate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must have successfully completed the state board examination and hold a current license to practice physical therapy in the State of Washington. Experience in managing orthopedic, neurologic, and cardiac patients is preferred.
