Overview:

ReMed, A Collage Rehabilitation Partner, is seeking a part-time Neurobehavioral Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Neurobehavioral Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional neurological rehabilitation to adults with brain injury.

We are committed to excellence, honesty, and ethics in the treatment of our clients and each other. Our 35-year history has allowed us to develop programs that meet the diverse needs of clients with moderate to severe traumatic and acquired brain injuries.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide minimum to maximum assistance and/or supervision to promote our clients' success in daily living tasks, recreational activities, and vocational pursuits.
  • Assist clients with personal care and hygiene, therapies, and driving and accompanying clients to appointments, activities, and other outings.
  • Work with a variety of medically complicated and behaviorally challenged clients.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma is required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, insurance, and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained
  • Competent in writing, planning, organization, and documentation, as well as time management skills are required
  • Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers and demonstrate positive client interaction skills
