Huntington Hospital is seeking a highly skilled Patient Access Representative III to join our team. As a key member of our Patient Access department, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with physician offices, ancillary departments, Case Management, and Business Office to provide outstanding patient care.
- Provide exceptional customer service skills, verbal and written communication, conflict management, and service recovery.
- Float to all areas within Patient Access, ensuring a positive and upbeat attitude.
- Greet patients with a courteous and professional demeanor to obtain feedback on their hospital experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum three years of experience in healthcare financial counseling, with five years preferred.
- Strong organization and customer service skills.
- Typing 35 wpm required.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook and Excel).
Huntington Hospital offers a competitive compensation package, including an anticipated base compensation rate of $27.60 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
