Job Overview

COTS is seeking a Shelter Care Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our emergency shelter program.

Key responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day activities of the shelter, including cleaning, maintenance, and guest support. You will also work closely with other team members to provide guests with access to community resources, including referrals to substance use recovery agencies, food banks, and financial support services.

This position requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a team member at COTS, you will be part of a collaborative and supportive team that is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our guests.
