Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize industry-standard software, including Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks, to perform daily tasks and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify online sales opportunities, create quotes, process sales orders, invoices, and purchase orders with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide top-notch customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team, vendors, wholesalers, and management to ensure customer satisfaction and meet business objectives.
  • Maintain organized documentation and take diligent notes to support efficient operations.
  • Assume the duties of Deputy Program Manager of NASA SEWP V Contract.

Requirements:

  • Previous professional experience in sales administration, invoicing, or purchasing roles that require meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and other computer skills necessary for daily tasks is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, sales representatives, and internal staff.
  • A clean background check is required.
  • Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Reliable transportation for commuting.
