Job Summary:

The Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) is a vital member of our healthcare team, providing exceptional care and support to our residents. As a NAR, you will work under the supervision of a licensed nurse to deliver respectful, resident-centered care and assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist residents with daily activities, such as eating, toileting, and mobility.
  • Document resident observations and care provided.
  • Participate in Restorative/Maintenance nursing programs to promote resident independence.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure resident-centered care.
Requirements:
  • Currently registered as a Nursing Assistant with the Minnesota Nursing Assistant registry.
  • Prior nursing experience preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold the mission, vision, and values of Guardian Angels.
