Job Summary:

The Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) is a vital member of our healthcare team, providing exceptional care and support to our residents. As a NAR, you will work closely with our licensed nurses to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care that promotes physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist residents with daily activities, such as eating, toileting, and mobility.
  • Participate in restorative and maintenance nursing programs to promote resident independence.
  • Document resident care and observations accurately and thoroughly.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Ensure a safe and respectful environment for residents, adhering to infection control guidelines and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Currently registered as a Nursing Assistant with the Minnesota Nursing Assistant registry.
  • Prior nursing experience preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
