We're seeking a strategic and results-driven Outside Account Manager to join our team at Dealer Tire. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of dealerships, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of dealerships to meet and exceed sales and productivity goals
  • Develop and implement customized action plans to maximize financial opportunities for dealers
  • Drive service advisor effectiveness, training, and retail strategies through coaching and training
  • Collaborate with dealer stakeholders to determine product screens, inventory levels, and pricing
  • Develop and maintain consistent monthly contact schedules with dealers
  • Manage activity tracking and account information in Salesforce
  • Maintain knowledge of current industry trends and share best practices across the team
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Prior professional experience selling with territory management skills
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up skills
  • Full understanding of sales process and ability to negotiate and close deals
  • Strong customer relationship skills and ability to sell at the top
