The Executive Director of Horizons at Francis Parker School is responsible for leading the organization's strategic direction, program management, and community relations. Key Responsibilities
- Fundraising: Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to secure financial resources for the organization.
- Program Management: Oversee the development and implementation of programs and services that support the organization's mission and goals.
- Staff Management: Lead and manage a team of staff members to ensure the effective delivery of programs and services.
- Board Support: Provide strategic guidance and support to the Board of Directors to ensure the organization's long-term success.
- Community Relations: Foster strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders to promote the organization's mission and goals.
- Budget Oversight: Manage the organization's budget and ensure that financial resources are allocated effectively to support program delivery.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in education or a related field highly desirable.
- Experience: Minimum of three years of leadership and administration experience, preferably in a non-profit or educational setting.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for working with youth.
Salary and Benefits
This is an exempt 12-month position with a salary range of $90,000-$110,000 annually, depending on education and experience. The position is eligible for benefits.
