We are seeking a skilled Parking Attendant to join our team at Towne Park.

Salary and Benefits:
The hourly base pay range for this position is $8 - $10 per hour plus $11 - $13 per hour in tips. Employees are eligible to enroll in accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, and telemedicine benefits. Employees are also able to enroll in the company's 401k retirement savings plan.
Job Description:
As a Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services to our guests. Your duties will include parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner, assisting guests with luggage, and delivering messages and items as requested. You will also be responsible for explaining parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrival, issuing claim checks, and collecting revenue for vehicles when needed.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED), a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record. You must also be at least 18 years of age and pass a criminal background and drug screen. Additionally, you should have one month of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Working Conditions:
The majority of work will be performed outdoors for extended periods of time, including up to the entire duration of shift. Employees are subject to environmental conditions including extreme heat and cold weather. Protection from weather conditions may be provided, but not necessarily from temperature changes.
Travel:
Travel of up to 5% may be required.
