Valet Driver

We are reimagining parking at Metropolis Corp, an artificial intelligence company for the real world. Our computer vision platform enables people to transact in the physical world with even greater ease than online.

As a Valet Parking Attendant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer experiences by safely parking and retrieving customers' vehicles in our designated valet parking storage area. You will also be responsible for assisting customers and guests with luggage and other items, encouraging a positive arrival and departure experience.

This is a physically demanding job which requires running, standing, walking, using hands to handle objects, tools or controls, reaching with hands and arms, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling, talking, and hearing. You must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 75 pounds occasionally, as well as push and pull 50 to 75 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create positive customer experiences by consistently providing excellent service to clients and customers
• Safely park and retrieve customers' vehicles in designated valet parking storage area
• Assist customers and/or guests with luggage and other items, encouraging a positive arrival and departure experience
• Monitor the parking/drive up area to keep the flow of vehicles organized
• Assist guests, customers, and staff with general inquiries about parking, site location, directions, amenities, attractions, etc.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to drive a manual transmission preferred but not required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
