Position: Afterschool Transportation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport students to and from designated program locations
  • Foster a welcoming and positive environment for all participants
  • Adhere to safety protocols throughout transportation routes
  • Participate in mandatory training sessions and obtain necessary certifications
  • Collaborate with educational institution personnel
  • Execute program activities in accordance with established guidelines
  • Support student development and address behavioral issues
  • Ensure the effective operation of the afterschool program
  • Maintain required certifications and documentation

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Exhibit positive leadership qualities for youth
  • Successfully pass background checks and screenings
  • Possess a valid driving record
  • Available for work between 2:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. on weekdays
  • Have reliable transportation to the assigned work location
