About the Position:

Soliant is a leading provider of educational services, committed to fostering a supportive learning environment for students. We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team, dedicated to helping students overcome communication challenges and achieve academic success.

Job Overview:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of students' speech, language, voice, and fluency abilities to identify areas of strength and weakness.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans to address speech and language goals, working closely with teachers, parents, and other school professionals.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings, tailored to their unique needs and learning styles.
  • Collaborate with educators to create cohesive support systems for students, ensuring a positive and inclusive school environment.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with speech and language needs, monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Experience working with school-aged children and knowledge of special education processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
