Educational Therapist for Student Development

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Educational Therapist to join our team at Soliant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech and language development, with the ability to assess, diagnose, and provide intervention services for students with communication disorders.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, voice, and fluency abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language goals.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to create a cohesive support system for students.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with speech and language needs.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Experience working with school-aged children and knowledge of special education processes.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
